The ac worked great
The floors needed mopping and the tv was covered in dust and the room had a musty smell

Pet friendly. Ample grassy area for walking dog. Excellent location. Multiple dining options easily accessible.

Do not accommodate properly, completely disgusting, disrespectful staff. ALL the rooms have been smoked in. The worst experience possible

Did not actually stay
When we got there they said that my credit card that I made the booking with wasn't valid and I didn't have a room. I never had a problem with that card before or since. They tried calling but I didn't answer but I didn't recognize the phone # and didn't answer.

The lady at the desk was very rude! She was also flirting with other guess. I had to wait for her to come back from his room.

Very well kept property, room exceptionally clean, bed comfy, super quiet and AC worked great. Was only there one night but will stay again if I’m ever in Elkhart. Front desk attendant seemed a bit stressed when I checked in but she was nice.
When I checked out, the morning desk attendant could have been friendlier . She never smiled once and barely said two words to me . . . even when I told her what a nice stay I had.

It was close to other places I needed to get to and close for me to get back on the road the next morning. Staff was pleasant.
Toilet was dirty. It looked and smelled as if someone had just used it. I had to spray the bathroom. Other than that it was comfortable.

Terrible Smell! like an ashtray. Far for being clean place too. I don’t recommend unless you don’t care about it.

The front desk girl was nice
The room was dirty and smelled REALLY bad. Like a sweaty and stinky man. Also smelled of smoke.

Guests who do not clean up after their pets - way too much dog dung —here, there and everywhere —GROSS!!! They spoil the "pets welcome" policy for those who try to be a good guest with a pet.

The location was nice, right around food, gas and coffee. And just down the street from I80 so it was very easy to get back on the road.
The fact that the price was at least doubled the normal rate because there was a concert in town. We weren't even there for the concert and it was 25 miles away. But they still jacked up the rates.
