The TV didn't work, the bath tub was discussing with a rubber mat in it that had mold and dirt underneath it.

Close to airport.

Could not reach the inn for shuttle pick up. They did not return my message in the app either from days earlier. Had to pay 30 US for a cab. Place were run by young people who were not knowledgeable and did not seem to care.

Imagine having booked and PAID for a hotel room in January 2023, only to arrive at the hotel in September 2023 in the evening after a long journey and be told that your reservation has been canceled due to a payment decline. The baffling part? I had paid in full back in January! To make matters worse, they sent a message on the same day as the check-in, which I couldn't read because I was on a flight. It was an incredibly frustrating and inconvenient experience. Slow shuttle to Airport, and only on call A deep cleaning and refurbishment of the premises is necessary

The location great spot.

Well the front girl was on her phone. She missed me asking twice. For her to make sure .my room was serviced that day. But evening desk person made it right. And had my room serviced. The hotel needs new mattresses they were a little comfortable.

They had a shuttle.

The fire alarm for the room was disconnected from the wall and the fire alarm in the hall was beeping like the batteries needed to be changed. The water had a concerning taste. The included breakfast seemed more of a box checking effort versus something they expected guest to eat. The elevator needs maintenance, I opted for the stairs after one ride.

Doors were not secure they didn’t have extra towels and my perfume was stolen

No good restaurants around the airport, only fast food options. Order in room service very expensive

The room was clean

No real breakfast

The new manager was more than accommodating and she was so wonderful. And so so patient! She deserves more than a raise. She was doing multiple peoples jobs and she never said a negative thing about working her butt off. We had to change rooms and she made sure it was the perfect room.

The smell was horrible. So floral. And the lobby smelled like weed 24/7. Our room didn’t have a chair or any seating aside from the bed. The bathroom smelled like stale pee. (The manager came and put odorizer twice) But the fan wasn’t working and it was rancid. We weren’t even able to shower.

There was no mirror in the bathroom or anywhere in the room! The furniture has stains on it that looked unappealing to sit on. The walls have pain spots that haven’t been fixed. The tub water does not drain properly. The rail in the tub was broken and I literally almost fell trying to shower.

No mirror, no do not disturb sign, paint spots throughout the walls! I expected a better quality for this hotel

The pool was so dirty that nobody had the courage to use it. There is no public transit close by. All you have is the airport, no restaurant, convenience store... nothing. Poor breakfast.

The breakfast was absolutely horrible and it wasn't even considered a breakfast. They shouldn't even tell people that they are offering breakfast. The staff was ok and the room was ok for the price. I rate it as a low ok.

They definitely need to do better on the breakfast. And there were too many homeless looking coming in and out. Everytime we walked in or out very strange looking people hanging around.
