Good amenities. Great location

The floors needed to be swept. I also found someone else's hair in our bed. Not enough cups, and would prefer some disposable options. More towels were needed too.

Good location for stopping overnight on a long trip. Big room. Comfortable bed.

Lighting in room not great. TV stopped working in the morning.

Although the room was very cold, it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was cold, only powder creamer for the free coffee, and housekeepers were using a Walmart cart to push around their linens.

Located was great. There was no breakfast.

No one told us there was no one to clean rooms over the weekend. We had to take towels to the front desk. Other than that everything was super!

We were always uncomfortable staying in rooms that were too humid.

Pet fee! $50 a night is outrageous! Web site said $20 with maximum of $60. I had to pay $100 plus tax pet fee and was told the site was not updated.

Hallways, elevator looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks.

Housekeepers never came the whole two weeks. The place always smelled like weed. Employees were smoking weed. The floors were filthy. The halls and stairways were full of mud and dog accidents. The staff was VERY rude!! They picked on many guests. Even us about garbage in the hall. Meanwhile, others were doing it also. We travel all the time. Since Covid, that's what we've been told to do. They actually called our room & said ppl complained. Then told us to take it to the garbage at the end of the hall. We did, then they watched on camera and complained it was to much and we need to take it to the dumpster!! What did we all pay for again? Then they kicked out a family for having an autistic daughter! We found them in the back pavilion sitting...with cat in kennel, also another daughter pregnant. They slept on the cement!! They hadn't ate in 48 hours, so we cooked them up breakfast and I called head quarters. Then the staff called the cops to kick them off the property. The wife's work was paying for it because their house was destroyed by extreme weather. They weren't even going to refund them. It was totally unacceptable. The last we saw them when we came down to get the dishes, ambulance had to get the pregnant daughter to go to ER, and the rest of the family had to find a ride over to the hospital. They didn't even have a vehicle. Again unacceptable!!
