The staff was always friendly and kind.
The complementary breakfast left something to be desired. But had the staples.

to much construction going on. lack of parking, noisy, thin walls, breakfast was nothing to get excited about

The location and check in staff.
It is outdated and dusty. The house keeping should improve. The beddings were clean but the shower needs more cleaning and the room was generally dusty.

Room was average sized
Location was okay. Nothing in walking distance to go and eat except expensive attached restaurant. That's not open on Mondays. No elevator 😡

Bed very very hard. Had to buy 3 inch foam pad to sleep the second night.

The bed was so close to the wall that it was impossibile to pass. Of course no night table on that side. Difficult to understand given that there was plenty of space on the other side.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. The area is too small.

Room was bright. Very quiet.
Bath tub was not clean. Found hairs on the inside of the tub and floor. Room had a odor. Ended up spraying the room several times with fabreeze from my vehicle. left at 10pm and checking in elsewhere.
