Room was not stocked with towels, soap nor TV remote. TV was on top of dresser just laying up against the wall. Place needs to be shut down!!

Room smells, mold in corners of washroom, needs carpeting replaced, smells of pets and urine in places

cheap; however, you get what you pay for…although, I do expect clean! location okay

tired everything, bedspread stained…OMGOODNESS, just turned me off…bedsheets…seemed changed…who knows? didn’t do breakfast or in room coffee-didn’t trust anything to be clean

Layout of the hotel itself is a bit confusing regarding elevator and stairs. Bed was older and not very comfortable. Hotel was undergoing a bit of a renovation and where short staffed. Breakfast was quite poor with 2 cold cereals offered but no milk. Was a fridge there with butter in it but no milk or yogurt. No eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit. Only waffles.

We were on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet. We have a little dog and they usually are put on the 1st floor where it’s noisier.

they ran a compressor out the buliding until after midnight breakfast was old coffee was ok

How the night staff Lester&lady training very helpful answering quest&very kind getting my towels etc! Also Chrissy the maid was very helpful as well! I am very happy bc I have MS &have a walker& they all incl Amanda have been so personable& EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! THANK YOU ALL!

That the vending machine &ice are only on the 2nd floor! 😥

Absolutely filthy. Floor looked like it hadn’t been vacumed in weeks, used q tips on the floor, sticky dirty befside table … I checked out right away. Hallways and room smelled like cigarette smoke. lots of long term tenants.

We did book, but did not stay, front desk clerk was great, unfortunately the room was not clean, lots of hair on the bathroom floor and the bed sheets were soiled. We were not charged for the room and moved on.

no one at front desk to check us in. the woman appearing said she had been in maintenance until 3 hours ago and she had to call someone else in. waited 10 min , she didn’t know which rooms were even clean our room had to be changed because it wasn’t.
