Nothing

It was dirty and cold the mattress had what looked like blood all over it we noticed it after we slept on it. Bugs came out of the jets in the jacuzzi and the breakfast was old nasty looking eggs and potatoes with pancakes and white bread that was it. We ended up going out for breakfast. Just a horrible experience

It was the coldest hotel I've ever been in and it was warm outside for February in Michigan. I mean the hallways and lobby were about 65 degrees. We also had to turn on the heat in our room bc it wasn't on. So it was really cold in there for a while.

The hotel was clean, my room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Fridge and microwave in the room.

Breakfast was not good - and that side of the hotel was really cold. On site restaurant was closed. No soap in my room, but I brought my own.

Breakfast food not readily available. Both mornings we had to wait along with others because they were behind or slow cooking

Our room did not have housekeeping come. No beds made, no free towels. Had to go to desk to get tiwels. They said no cleaned due to DoNot Disturb. That is untrue.

The price was good, and the room was cozy enough.

This was not the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. There was still toilet paper in the toilet. The breakfast was not very good, there wasn't much of a selection at all. The location of the hotel is kinda awkward.

I liked the employees.

They allow dogs and had one on our floor barking all day. The pool was packed and the music was blaring.

We were sent to an uncleaned room. We cancelled

Booked a room with a bathtub because of mobility issues/ disabilities. We did not receive a room with a tub. We had one towel in our room so we requested more and they said they were out. There was trash on the floor. Lots of stains on the carpet and mattress. No mattress cover or protector just a fitted sheet.

The room was not clean. There were stains on the carpet. The top hat dirt in it and the toilet was even dirty. The cleaning staff informed me that the room should have been remodeled in that they should not have offered the room.

The room and halls had a weird smell; breakfast was limited , the place was really dated

they were working on the building, but no signs to say where you should be on the grounds

toilet broke during our three day stay. never had clean towels had to wait to shower, room needed to be cleaned better there was dirty towels in our room and yellow stand on the comforter and sheets and when my children turned the tv on it was on porn hub
