The stay was very comfortable and good value for money . I will return if I am in the area again.

Cleaning staff was wonderful. Been staying there for over 30 years.

Bottom of the barrel cleanliness. Smelled like urine in hotel office. Hotel room was grungy.

The sheets were not fitted sheets. There were burn holes in the bed. There was no lamps. Just the main bright light. No controls for the heat.. Unless I couldn't find them.

parking. it had trailer parking for my 40ft hotshot trailer.

The location was the best part of the whole experience.

The room was drab and dark. Walls were concrete blocks and were painted dark green and mustard yellow. Stains on the bedspread. There was no way to control the heat. It was baseboard heat and didn’t have any instructions. No thermostat. Tried calling the front desk that night and in the morning but kept getting a message saying that there is no one to answer your call. It was winter and we froze. It had snowed about 6 inches overnight. We couldn’t even use the blow dryer to help take the chill of because it didn’t work either 😡 we were in town for a wedding and didn’t want to drive home after the reception. But ifi had it to do all over again I would have. I was with a date and was totally embarrassed. My date didn’t even sleep one minute.

Nice breakfast. Stayed at some of the more pricier hotels for more money and offered nothing

This place was run down. The receptionist was rude an unwelcoming the rooms were freezing cold. When I asked for heat tobe hired he directed me to nozzle on the ground than explained that heat was generated from steam. This made no sense an room remained cold my husband being disabled he told me we were not welcome back that his hotel did not accomadated such people. .I'm shocked at how they remain open and my complaint will be directed to the BBB to investigate the unsanitary in inhumain conditions here was a waste of money was better sleeping in my Tahoe for all the negatives this place offers .

Everything was aweful. Cold rooms cold service and a waste if money.

Beds, staff and ease to room

Honostly nothing what I expected only in rooms to sleep not live lol

The location was convenient. The beds were comfortable, aside from getting bit in the night.

90% sure there were beds bugs, (or fleas?) I ended up with multiple bites on my legs and arms. No coffee. Staff very unprofessional
