The check in was quick and I was able to check in before 3pm.

Bedbugs! I was bombarded with a ton of bed bugs! Ugh! Once I turned off the cool air and turned on the heat and laid in the bed I seen bug after bug running past the corner of my eye, I got up turned on the lights and seen over 5 just chillin on the sheets and crawling across the pillow. I checked out and asked for a refund. The manager on staff accommodated my request but I ended up at a 24 hour laundry mat cleaning all my clothes I had in the room. And ended up sleeping in my car.

The fact that I didn't have to wait to get in the hotel

The fact that my heater gave out on me and they didn't have a iron in the room

The price was affordable. We were in town for a funeral

The room was dirty. Lights didn't come on. Only bathroom lights worked. Bed spread had cigarette burns. The curtains were torn. Bathroom was filthy from the dirty tub to loose tile and dust.

The staff was excellent they were very nice and confined..

They had bed bugs all over the bed and roaches crawling all over the floor very nasty disgusting not clean and you smell like dog was not very happy we didn't stay the whole day we left immediately and I would like my refund cuz I'm not paying for filthy quarters.

Location, cost, space

Too dirty. It had a strong cigar smell, we tried to change rooms a few times and the others had rhe same smell.

I like the location near a lot of stores. The desk clerk doing check-in was courteous.

My companion and I are both disabled vets. I made this clear to the clerk and I told him that we could walk very limited and he told me that the hotel had an elevator. After accepting the room I found out that the hotel does not have an elevator. We struggled from the car to the room. We got into the room and the bed was in very bad condition. We slept in a divot all night. Our head and feet were higher than our bottom. We were very uncomfortable and felt terrible in the morning. Out of all the free and open outlets electrical electrical outlets that were open only one and a half worked. We could only use one bedside lamp. The television set was very small and completely across the room by the door. We watch TV on an angle. The clerk told us that he was going to switch us to another room and then he realized that he didn't have any other rooms so we were stuck in that room uncomfortable this satisfied all night. To top it off we woke up in pain the next morning both of us because of the bed. I don't think we will be back to stay at that hotel because we were extremely dissatisfied.

Black mold in the bathroom, filthy carpets...my non-smoking room smelled like smoke the whole time because people smoked outside on the porches and in their rooms all the time, it was impossible to block out. People were staying with 6 people in a room and the hallways/balconies were full of noise all night and day. It was NOT a place I would let a friend stay. Oh, and in the stairwells there was always dog poop and cigar papers. Every day. I used to pass this place all the time when I lived in Richmond. I had no idea it was such a dump.

I felt unsafe here. Very loud neighbors all hours of the night and several times someone would knock on my door in the evening. I was alone do it was scary. Room said it was non smoking but it had clearing been smoked in. My clothes smell like cigarette smoke. Cigarette holes burned into comforter.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful when our door key wouldn't work, and gave us a new room when he couldn't get it working. Excellent customer service. Flexible check in/out as we arrived late and were leaving early due to travel

The location of the hotel was pretty nice. Close to all of the places we enjoy visiting in Richmond.

It was cheap and accessible to many things. Front desk attendant late night was help and pleasant.

Oh so many things...the room had several outlets that didn't work, whirlpool tub was dirty, room smelled like stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room surrounded by other non-smoking rooms. Police were there Saturday night for a "domestic disturbance", a live rat was scurrying on the opposite side of the property from our room and room key didn't work when we returned from outings Saturday. Another guest told us that he has been staying there for nearly 3 weeks and his key almost never works. Chain for door was broke off. Drawers for desk were installed upside down.

The location to where I have to go was okay.

My room was dirty. The bathroom looks like it had not been cleaned in months. It was dead roaches in the pictures on the wall. The curtain had red splash all on it. The night stand and desk had old food stuck on them.
