Ran out of water and the waffle machine was not working but it was still good...no fault of staff...there were youth ball teams staying...

I paid $600 and was charged another 300$ for a room I didn’t even order (I ordered two double beds not a king bc my child was with me and the tv didn’t have a signal the whole time and the food was horrible. I called the manager and she was very unprofessional and thought I was on hold and I heard the whole conversation her and the front desk attendant had about me talking horrible about me and now my daughter is sick from sleeping on the floor by an air conditioning unit and then I found out they had cots available we asked for one and they said they didn’t have any. I am very disgusted and would not recommend anyone to ever stay here. Also, no housekeeping came to straighten up and didn’t give us more towels ever until I went to the desk myself to get them after calling 4 times. They clearly want the money and don’t care about the guests. Horrible.

We had an excellent stay. Staff was friendly, bedding and bed was SO comfortable. Rooms were spacious and everything was clean.

Breakfast was very good the young man taking care of the dining area was very friendly and did an excellent job. There was a nice assortment of choices and the hot foods were hot. The guest room was very comfortable and clean. I like the addition of the actual keurig machines they are very user friendly.
