The check in host was extraordinary, very friendly and helpful. She made my day and should be applauded.
Location was good, facility is clean. Breakfast was very disappointing, just a cheap snack bar and apple or orange. Very cheap and unacceptable.

Breakfast was poor. But at least there was something. There wasn't any fresh milk either and I don't have an appreciation for fake powdered milk.
Fresh milk please. And double check and make sure that the toilet is cleaned properly. There was poo in the toilet.

Lynn was the lady that serviced our room - she was the best!! She took excellent care of us!

The room was large and clean. Shower was good and had good water pressure. The front desk receptionist was helpful.
I reserved 3 nonsmoking rooms. There was a hassle the day of arrival over not having the rooms I reserved - after a lengthy check in process, they were able to accommodate my original reservation. After we left, they charged a mysterious $15 charge to my card. Called them but the guy at the desk but he had no idea. Wasn't worth a giant fight but I would not stay here again. Grounds and stares are in bad repair.

Arthur was so helpful and friendly. The blue light in the bathroom to use as a night light was cool.

It was in a great location.
Stained sheets, mattresses were too hard. Breakfast was listed but no breakfast was available.

Location and reasonable price
The pillows were flat and the light above the sink kept blinking on and off!

Bed could have have used another pillow amd breakfast was not worth mentioning.

room dirty. someone just had used the restroom, hair in the shower, floor not swept, refrigerator leaking, stains on beds, front desk man at night seemed like he was drugs not wearing mask at all

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were pleasant.
All of the lighting was an ugly 5000k color temperature. The sink was broken. The shower didn't have a shelf or soap dish. I had to put my soap and shampoo on the floor. The coffee maker dribbled outside of the cup and made a mess to clean up. I could have gotten a room at another hotel that included breakfast for $5.00 more. I'll never be back to Tupelo, but if I did again I would stay somewhere else.

Used razor left in shower, contents in fridge from previous guests, damp bedding, odor, wasp nest and staff yelling outside window early morning. I have asked for a refund as I would not have stayed had it not been 3 am and no other availability other places. All I have been offered is 10 percent off. I am unable to obtain any info regarding higher management to complain
