The bed was very uncomfortable, you can hear the loud neighbors next door to you, the elevator smelled like dog piss for three days

The location was great, and the price!

I had to go buy bug spray (roach), the facility needs to spray for bugs often since people do live their and different people come and go.

Did not like the property checked in and did not feel safe room was not clean did not go back to the facility.

The basics were properly maintained.

The Wi-Fi was some of the worst, I have experienced.

Our toilet and tub was dirty, there was two very small pillows in the room the fridge was dirty as well. And it had a bad smell in the room.

The room wasn't clean the bed had a very thin blanket on it fridge, tub and toilet was dirty. It was not clean st all. I was scared I was going to weak up with bed bug bites.

Waited 3-5 minutes no one was at front desk I yelled for someone and eventually the person came check me in I had a newborn baby and she told me elevator was broken and didn’t offer to help me up 2 or 3 flights of stairs. The one smelled cleaned but I wasn’t comfortable enough to stay I left after 4 hours to check in another hotel. It just looked like a run down motel.

It was cleaned to perfection!! Customer service was great!

Lack of amenities. Stove provided, but no cookware or eatery, no iron or ironing board, no microwave, kinda reminded me of a college dorm room! Beds were hard.
