It was filthy. There was a roach on the wall as soon as we walked in the room. Stains on the walls, floors etc. It was super hot, a/c didn't seem to work. The TV didn't work. We checked out 10 minutes after we checked in. Would like to receive my money back. The place was disgusting. I booked the room to sleep with my kids for the night but it was so filthy I ended up leaving and continuing to just drive the 4 more hours home in the middle of the night.

The bed and pillows were great wanted to take them home
The shower had black spots that looked like black mold.

I checked in with no problem, the room was what I asked for. Breakfast was very good the hostess was the best I ever had.

Nothing was so bad I never checked in after seeing & smelling the room
I did like they refused to help as I am fully disabled! The room smelled & carpet was disgusting. I have never been treated as badly as I was here. I want a full refund
& if you refuse to refund me the full amount I will contact my credit card company for a refund! I will never use your booking again & will let my family & friends not to use it either, the same goes for Comfort Inn! They should be ashamed of themselves for treating didabled seniors how I was treated. I did not check in or stay there at all! [Please refund my full amount you charged on my credit card ASAP!

Breakfast was good
Shower kept dripping and was annoying when trying to sleep (once the tv was off). Sat on the end of the bed and it flipped up. Curtains wouldnt close all the way so sun was getting thru and every time a semi would pass, it would flash into the room. Card keys didnt work properly. Desk person had to come to the room to activate it. 1 card didnt work the 2nd day but luckily the other 1 did. Neither card worked on day of check out.

Looked fairly new from the outside, but our room had the facing coming off of a cabinet door and some drywall mud exposed in the bathroom.

Our shower had a problem but was fixed while we were out. The bed was not as comfortable as my foam mattress

Water leak in bathroom. Walls were never finished. Like covering up repairs. Sinks would not drain. I had stayed there before and it was never like this. That is why I chose to stay there again. Probably will not again.
If they are going to remodel, they need to finish what they start before renting out the rooms.

The breakfast was hot and warm. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and larger than expected. This was our second stay from Indiana to Florida.
The pool has been closed both times. May and now December.

Water filled up in the bathtub when we took a shower. carpet was dirty and stained. Room smelled musty.

Good location, staff was nice.
The room was next to interstate 75. Road noise not so good. The window just had sheer curtain no other curtains to close to keep out seeing in the room.
