I like the proximity of the hotel to the areas I needed to go. It was quiet.
The only reason I booked this hotel instead of any other in the area, is because the description listed an outdoor pool. The pool was closed. Which means, there was no pool, at all. I could have booked a room in another hotel with an indoor pool. Breakfast included is coffee, instant oatmeal packets, granola bars, packaged mini muffins.

The hotel room was very nice. The bed was not comfortable. The walls were super-thin.
At about midnight a fight broke out in the room directly above us. Screaming, slamming on the floor and furniture sliding on floor. Lasted for about half an hour. Then, about 6:30 am a little dog in the next room over started barking.

Location. Clean. Friendly staff.
Breakfast Dry muffins and granola bars. Could offer a better breakfast for the price

Extended stay suites typically have kitchens with plates etc…..nothing in the cabinets. I was able to get from staff. Super in convenient.
NO Kleenex tissues;
Everything was bare bones.

Easy check-in and most importantly the customer services. My family and I had reservations at another hotel for weeks, but at check-in they couldn't expect my card payment unless for another $250.00. That didn't set right with my family. So last minute I had to fine another resort for my family. SO HAPPY WE DID.. My family and I got a very nice room and with a better price. I could not ask for more. Save our family trip. Gave use a chance to relax and rest. From a all day event. Thank you so much (LIAM) for being our Hero.

the staff was friendly
I was double charged for the room once by the booking site and once by the hotel and it certainly wasn’t worth the first charged price. This issue hasn’t been resolved yet.

Hotel staff were verry rude, NO customer skills at all.
The room was dirty, it stunk, needed a paint job. For the mo ey i shld have gotten a 10 star hotel and a $200 dollar deposit for damage is wrong. Room. The room was the worst I've seen.

Not much
This hotel is absolutly horrible for people with walking issues. Not only do they only have 1 elevator (and our room was the absolute furthest it could be), they only have 1 luggage carrier, and the door closest to our exit was broke. Also ran out of toasters because they were full (shouldn't you have enough for each room?) The doors going into the hotel were not handicap accessable, and for people bringing in lots of luggage- make it very difficult. Also only had one ice machine on main floor, so again lots more walking. Laudry machine also charged me 3 times for one load. No ovens to cook with and you had to go to the front desk for simply the basics such as a fork and knife (again...lots more walking).

The 200.00 deposit I had to pay when I checked in. I was not made aware if that when I booked online !

We stayed at this location for a little over a year while looking for a home when we first moved to Rio Rancho in 2008. We relocated last year and came back for Christmas with family. This location is still as nice and well kept as it was years ago. So lucky we were able to get a room there.
The bed was comfy but a little to soft for our liking.
But we are the type who like very firm sleeping.
It will probably suit most people.

THE ROOM WAS DFIRTY AND THERE WAS NO SHAMPOO OR SOAP IN THE ROOM AND THERE WAS NO CORD ON THE PHONE. THE $200 DEPOSIT WAS REDICULUS. WHO HAS AN EXTRA 200 LAYING AROUND PLUS THE AMT OF THE ROOM. RUDE MORNING FRONT DESK CLERK. STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY DEPOSIT WHEN I TOLD I WOULD GET IT BACK UPON CHECKOUT. I HAD TO WAIT AND FOLLOWUP LATER ON IN THE DAY.

Nice location. Staff friendly
I've stayed here several time before and room was a little larger than this time. I felt a little couped up. Not having any breakfast and running out of coffee in the lobby was not great

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and safe area.
The refrigerator part was not working. The freezer was working well.
2.0
The staff. They were very friendly and very helpful. They deserve a better place to work.
Everything else. The room was filthy. There were no luggage carts to help carry luggage, ice chests, etc. to the room, even though it’s an extended-stay hotel and people are going to be bringing a lot of stuff. You have to pay a refundable “incidentals deposit” of $200 on top of the cost of your room. You have to ask the front desk for cookware…there is none in the room when you check in. The front doors aren’t automatic, so you have to get those open by hand while you’re trying to carry all your stuff in. The room was next to an extremely busy road…I doubt if we slept three hours the first night. I tried for two days to change rooms…switch to the other side of the hotel…but no rooms were available. We were supposed to stay six nights…we stayed two (we paid for a third night, but slept somewhere else). This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life, and I’m old.

Location was good right off 528.
Shower had pretty major water damage that we notified the front desk about. Huge piles of trash near garbage cans

The only thing good about the property was the location
The carpet was badly stained in our room, it looked like someone punched their first into the fridge door. The only toiletries provided was one small bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap. We booked a Queen and got a double. The a/c was less than a foot from the bed, and every time it came on it was extremely loud and was blowing directly on us. Since it was a suite, we brought our own groceries to make breakfast. There were no kitchen supplies in the room which we found out we had to request at the front desk. When the front desk person delivered them, we noticed the cutlery was not very clean, so we didn’t use any of the dishes, and chose to eat breakfast out. We requested more towels and were told if we want a fresh towel, we could bring our used ones down to the front desk and they would give us clean ones.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever stay there again. It was way overpriced for the inferior property it was. It is in dire need of an update. The front desk person was extremely over weight and sweating profusely when we checked in. His hair did not look clean either. I would give this property negative ten stars.
The only photos I took were of the stained carpet and damaged fridge as we had to pay a $200 damage deposit on check in and I took these photos to show the front desk person, whose name was Adam, so we could prove we didn’t do this damage. The fridge was in our room, not the lobby.

It was quiet. It was close to the balloon Fiesta.
Cost raised because of Balloon Fiesta. $200 deposit?

No breakfast

Good location, easy accessible to other areas
It needs major updating. Everything is old and worn.
5.0
Only saving feature was that it was close to Balloon Fiesta Park and the planned one night stay was a blessing.
The room furniture is like what you would find at your local thrift store. Worn and dated flooring, and appliances. Last generation of room electronic locks, the kind you have to insert the card. Room layout is odd. Front desk staff act like they expect you to complain about something and are defensive. Would NOT stay here again.

I like the area. I stay there because I lived a few blocks away at one time. It could be better staffed, front desk staff always pulled every direction.
The pillows were terrible. We also had our son and had to use sofa sleeper. When we asked for bedding and pillows we were told the hotel had NO pillows as "the construction crew " that was there previously ruined the pillows.
I believe that if you are in the hotel business you should be replacing the pillows for the future guests, instead of making future guests not have what they need.
Also I have been saying this for years, they need a automatic door opener.
Many people in wheelchairs there.
Also lightbulbs burned out above the table and above the stove. Very irritating. One air conditioner was squeaking had to turn it off.
