Air conditioner worked well.

Food left in refrigerator. All draws had dirt in them. Key card did not work and had to go back and have them programmed again. No towels in rooms had to go get them my self.

It was dirty, fridge dirty. Only one outlet to use for charging phones. When you flushed the toilet it made a very loud whistling sound for 3 minutes. Towels were stained, no garbage bags in can and floors were dirty.

There was sufficient lighting. There was a microwave but no turn table. There was a refrigerator. There was a flat screen TV.

The room smelled like a wet dog. I had to change the battery in the smoke detector, as it kept beeping, because the manager had left, and there was no maintenance person available. There was rust in the tub as well as moldy areas. There were cigarette burns in my sheets. The bed was old and uncomfortable. There were cigarette burns on the toilet seat. There was NO room service. I made my own bed, cleaned and had to find a garbage can outside to put my garbage in. There were never fresh towels. I had to ask for toilet paper twice and go get it. My room phone didn't work and told the front office 3 times. I also had a broken remote for the TV. I had to ask 3 times for a new one. The room was dusty in some areas. The lamp shade was burnt and yellow. There was dog hair in the room. I took 19 photos and contacted Red Roof Inn Corporate offices. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to go to a new motel. I was visiting from another state.

The size of the bath room you could not even change ur clothing. Where sharing a room and have to keep kicking someone out side some people could change. All the black mold in the bathroom and it needed dusted in general. When the sheets get to warn out just replace them no one wants to see spots that are warn though. Also no reason for old blood stains don’t even Saint to know where they came from.

Absolutely nothing about this property was good. It was old, tired,dirty, noisy and stunk of cigarette smoke. The floors were dirty the bathroom shower was hanging out of the wall and the noise from the traffic on the freeway was awful.

The only thing we likes was the shower.

Everything was dirty. Our 1st room we checked into was bad. Had hair and makeup on the sheets. We moved to a 2nd room and the heater was not working properly but it was doable cause we were tired at this point. Bathroom had cobwebs behind the door and burn holes on the comfort

Location was the best! Right down from the mall. Surrounded but numerous restaurants.

Everything was great!
