Close to pier for cruise also much cheaper to park and leave car.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Booking should take this listing down. They need to vet their properties. This place was slightly better than sleeping on the streets. Blood on the floor. Holes in the walls. Feces on toilet and walls in the bathroom. We stayed 10 minutes and moved over to the Crowne Plaza. Studio 6 is filthy, smelly and undesirable to anyone unless they are literally homeless living under a bridge.

The hotel was located a few blocks from where I needed to be the next morning. That was the only good thing about the place.
EVERYTHING. The check-in process was slow. The elevator was literally filthy and the "L" button to go to the lobby was broken. Our room was not clean (we found a dirty sock in a chair). The bathroom was not terrible, but it was tiny and the water pressure in the shower was very low. The bath towels were thin and scratchy. The sheets were cheap and the mattress was uncomfortable. I am a seasoned traveler and I am not terribly fussy about accommodations - but this place was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed.

This hotel was just a few blocks to the cruise terminal where we left on a cruise. We walked to the ship from here. Very convenient.
The hotel was getting old so the carpets were worn and the outside doors didn't work well, but this was expected based on the low price.

The only nice thing was that it was close to the the port to catch our cruise ship.
There was not breakfast, not even coffee. I wanted ice but all ice machines were empty. I had no wash cloth. The sheets had a burn hole in them. Everything was dirty.

Homeless hanging around inside and out. NS room smelled of smoke. Room was very rundown.. had to move because of the smoke. Very poor experience. Won't go back
