This place is one of our favorite hotels when we stay in west Yellowstone. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We ended up having an extra guest with us (5) people and we had originally booked a 2 queen room. They were super nice and upgraded to the business one with extra space since they didn’t have a room with a couch. Housekeeping super nice. Facility was super clean. Could have done a better job with the ice on the sidewalks around the building.

Beds are comfy, pool was awesome and being able to get a hot breakfast before heading into the park is great!

Everything was good, did miss the breakfast as the bagged breakfast isn’t filling.

The people in the room above us were partying and being loud, I called the front desk and they took care of it.

The location was excellent, and the staff was excellent too.

When I took a shower the first night, the tub was slippery, so I fell hurt my knee. Then I asked for a rubber tub mat, and they didn't have any. Also, we were 4 in my family when my grandkid took his towel. The towel was dirty with blood. I called the front desk, and they sent clean towels right away

I liked everything! I sleep like at home, the beds are very comfortable and clean! I will be staying here when we come back to Yellowstone.

Best free breakfast from a hotel that I have ever had. The pool with a waterslide was exceptional and very clean. Staff very friendly and helped with maps of the surrounding area.

Honestly cannot think of anything.
