It was convenient to my doctor’s appointment, pet friendly, and had a microwave and refrigerator.

The breakfast was inadequate with muffins, granola bars, oatmeal packets, and coffee. I eat low carb so I couldn’t eat any of it and I only brought lunch and dinner foods. The hotel was inexpensive for it’s location but just a basic hotel which would cost less at other locations.

This hotel came thru for me at the drop of a dime. It was last minute that my family and I needed to stay at a hotel along with the family dog. It was convenient, clean, the staff was friendly and was close to home and shopping.

Price was a bit expensive for a 1 night stay.

The staff was amazing and helpful in every need we had in our stay.

We had a water leak from the room above but the staff was very helpful and responded imediately to the problem.

The communication between booking.com and property. The room was not meant for 4 adults and 2 kids. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. There weren't extra mattes or beds. Only two full beds not enough for 6 people.

Front desk staff was super friendly, our room was spacious and very clean! Location was perfect.

The AC unit in our room made some pretty strange noises through the night which woke me up a few times.

We stayed at the hotel because of the location near the hospital where I was having surgery. The staff and hotel was excellent.

Very clean room, friendly staff. It's located 10 mins from downtown easy access to restaurants and gas stations. Typical Grab-n-Go Breakfast with Bars, Muffins & Coffee was good.

Nothing I could think of except the Hairdryer which was not found in the room.

the rooms are a little dated, smelled like last thing cooked in it. the furniture isn’t best and the bed and sheets need to be replaced. the hallways have lots of cigarette smell.

It seemed nice from the website, but I can’t really comment.

I booked and prepaid for this stay about two weeks in advance. When I was traveling, I realized it would not be safe for me to attempt the rest of the drive to this location. When I realized that, I called the hotel and informed them that I would not be able to make it, but wanted to know if I could keep the reservation for the remaining two nights of my stay. I made it clear I did not want a refund for the night I would not make it, and that I only wanted to make sure I could check in the following day. The person on the phone said that would be fine, and that she would leave a note for the following shift. Following this conversation, and assuming I still had a room reserved for the night, I arrived in this location and tried to check in, but was told that because I did not check in the first night, they had canceled my reservation. I would not be mad about this happening if it wasn’t contradictory to what I had been told, or if I had been given a phone call about the situation so that I could have spent my time finding a different hotel, rather than waste my time driving to a hotel that no longer had a room for me.
