The staff member was very rude. I was tired and not feeling well just wanted to lay down.

The hot water took way to long to get hot and the hall and room both smelled like marijuna was being smoked. I will never stay there again!

The room was dirty. It did not have anything in the kitchen, no plates no forks no cups no nothing. The room smelled stagnant. The shower was dirty. The staff was extremely rude and did not understand their companies policies. I was traveling with a medical alert dog. I let the property know several times that I would be traveling with a service dog. However, when I got there they did not want to let me stay because of the breed of my service dog. I had to get on the phone with their corporate office so that they could explain to the staff that their pet policy does NOT apply to service animals. They were extremely rude. Showed zero appreciation or respect for a veteran and with a medically necessary service dog. extremely disappointed with my stay.

They Took 250 dollars from my brothers account when they were not supposed to, from a card that was not on file. Saying that I smoked in the room when I had not.

Friendly staff, good location, very quiet area.

Lack of customer service. Asked to have my shower/tub looked at since water wasn't draining. Notified staff on Thursday. Friday came around, nothing. The weekend went by (maint is out during the weekend) I specifically asked to have my room be looked at first thing Monday. Monday went by, nothing. Tuesday was my checkout date so I let it be. I don't know if bad communication, lazy maintenance, or just plain employee indifference but it cost this property another weeks stay I was looking to book here. Much happier at another property.

It has been two months since my one-night stay at the hotel. To date I have not been refunded the deposit of USD100, for one night. I have contacted the hotel manager on several occasions and he has not even answered me. I do not recommend it, be careful

Someone was already. in the room the first time I was assigned the room. When I told the front desk she was defiant that it’s not possible. The. She gave me another room. Roaches all over the kitchen area. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Went down to front desk and told the agent I won’t stay and want you to cancel the reservation. She said she can’t. Only manager can do that. So I’ve to wait till Monday. Called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Absolutely not worth the $114. Do NOT stay at this property.

Clean and guests could see that the property was being updated and upgraded.

The room had a musty odor no matter how clean. Probably needs new carpeting and airing out.

The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive.

They’re still working on improvements since the last time I was there 6 months ago. The water fountain still has a towel under it because it doesn’t work and leaks. The faucets in the bathroom and kitchen leak or run continuously, so there are plumbing issues. Wish the Las Colinas location would get an updated or refreshed decor. Otherwise, fine.

Location, cleanliness and staff.

An arguing couple and the dog barking. Not the same visitors. The thought that a dog may have slept in my room/bed with previous customer.
