Our check in was at 3 pm on June 8th and we were not able to check in due to computer system was down. We did not receive any call to let us know nor we received a call when system was back up to let us know we can check in. I had a graduation that day at 6pm and had to get ready well I was not able to. It was a very stressful situation. I will not stay there again! I emailed manager Paul and till this date a week later I have not received any response. I requested a night worth refund because I did not check in till that day till midnight.

The receptionist was wonderful. She had the nicest attitude.

How comfortable was the bed and it was clean and wasn't to hot in the room it was nice and cool

It should have nice tvs though were in 2022 it should have better tvs

We arrived to find maintenance vehicles filling the parking spaces, making it difficult for us to unload. There were nails lying next to our car from ongoing work at the property. There was no water supply at the property on the morning of departure, when I contacted the staff we were promised a refund which was never given.

The terms were very clear, the manager was kind, the room was beautiful, clean, and the spacious. My deposit was returned before I left. The COVID masking policy was in place for staff, which I appreciated. I did not expect my room to be cleaned every day, but it was. The floors are a beautiful wood like laminate.

Due to COVID, there is no breakfast. I'd have liked that, but again, the terms were clear before I booked.

The desk clerk was the most obnoxious person. He was so bad that I demanded my money back and I cancelled my reservation on the spot and went to a different motel . NO business, in their right mind would, knowingly, allow a person of that I’ll to be the face of their business to the public
