I liked the cozy room and how accessible thing’s were.

I didnt like the multitude of guys wondering around. A few approached me while i was doing laundry. Very uncomfortable experience. Obviously we use the facility at our own leisure but maybe security just in case for the women.

I canceled after they gave my ground floor room away to someone else. They only have 3 total and when I arrived I was checked into my ground floor room. My family and I went to the room and someone else's belongings were in the room! Someone gave it to another person staying there that was by their self. I am disabled and also had my 94 year old Mother with me. This place doesn't even have an elevator! It was 24 stairs to the 2nd floor and 48 to the 3rd. That was out of the question! I'm still passed they gave my double on the is propostground floor to one individual! The room was not even close as nice in person as the website showed! It all looked rundown and dirty. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 5 days! It only took 1 day but that was still ridiculous! Never again will I use Booking.com and Extended Stay! You both lie! I even tried to get a room next door at Embassy Suites because Booking.com said they had 5 rooms that met my needs. Guess what? Totally booked! No rooms. I found one without Booking.com and next time I will too. I will let everyone I know know about what a rip off Booking.com is and how they allow you to be left without any room regardless of the reservation made weeks before.

rooms outdated, furniture worn carpet looked worn

Staff was very nice.

Place needed a lot of work. Breakfast was not what was,expected. Water was leaking from the floor and the light fixture. Bed had a,blanket between 2 sheets. No cover on top of bed like spread or comforter.

the property was supposed to be smoke free but the room smelled like smoke and there was cigarette buts all over. The pictures did not match what the room looked like.
