location was good

the room was to be a non smoking room but could smell smoke plus smelled like sweaty locker room. floors were dirty and the dresser was missing the front of drawer

The receptionist Alexandria was very rude and disrespectful. She act as though she didn't have time to find my reservation. She was very short as though she had an attitude. I finally got my room but the tub was very dirty and the refrigerator had a puddle of water in the bottom of it running out on to the floor. The room had roaches and the roaches was inside the refrigerator. I called the office and told Alexandria I wanted another room she told me to come to the office as though she was going to put me in another room but when I got to the office Alexandria acted as though we didn't talk about the nasty room she put me in. I told her I want another room she began to yell at me stating she couldn't put me in another room . Alexandria told me I would have to wait until the next day which I told her I was only staying for 1 day. She told me she could give me a key to every room so I can see if anyone was in the room then I can move. I told her that didn't make any sense and that her customer service skills was not great at all. She started to yell stating how many years she had worked in that position which means nothing if you don't know how to treat your customers. I spoke with the manager the next day and she was very pleasant. The manager gave me a discount for all the trouble I had to go through with Alexandria.

It was clean and I didn't feel unsafe.

Convenient location, good room size, comfortable bed.

There was no pans/pots/dishware, no kettle/coffee maker available. Very unusual for ESA. Noticed a roach in the room. So pest control work is needed. Internet connection kept breaking all the time.

Got a handicap room but it didn't have a shower chair unless i didn't bring a shower chair, i couldn't have given my husband a shower.

People were smoking outside of our room and the smoke was seeping into our room. For a 100% smoke free property as advertised the management said as along as they smoke outside, they couldn't do anything about it. When checking out no one to be found so i wrote on the key cards the room number and was leaving finally someone showed up and was not happy i wrote on the card. This was during peak check out time and no one there.

The rooms were fine and clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were chatty, fabulous and very helpful. Check in and out was easy.

This is located only a short distance away from the airport and you would expect that it would be easy to get there. Unfortunately Chattanooga have limited taxi, uber and lift services which makes getting around a little tricky. Highly recommend you prebook any transport services or hire a car.

I liked the bathroom tub. It looked great. I liked everything in general

Y'all could've skipped me because y'all know i had to call you all about this property. I will never try staying there again and recommend no one of color to go there.
