As soon as we turned the lights on in our room, the roaches came out to play! Very nasty and disgusting! Walked right back out and asked for refund, front desk lady gave me an attitude and refused! So I'm out $400!! This was ridiculous! I will be filing a Claim!

when we first got there, they gave us a room and we went to it, it wasn’t cleaned. The beds were a mess, there was trash on the floor. we went back to the lobby and they gave us a different room. this one was cleaned. My husband woke up with bites on his feet and back. beds are not comfortable.

I don't like the fact if you decide you don't like it there is no refund. I will never use booking or stay at this location every again

There were roaches crawling everywhere. In the bathroom and in the area where the bed and kitchenette was. I would not recommmend this hotel to anyone.

the property was ok but very outdated. the beds were very uncomfortable. they had old dirty refrigerators in the room. kinda disgusting

the front desk staff and the house keeper. they were both equally nasty. I emailed the General manager about them my very first night there and still to this day he haven’t emailed me back. well I’m gonna get in contact with the owners and bbb

The staff were super nice! They were helpful & pleasant. Even on the phone (I checked in late) they were friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed secure with a main hotel entry that required room-key access. It is pet-friendly. The staff is doing the best they can at keeping an out-dated/almost run down hotel as clean as they can.

The hotel was a disappointment. For a suite-type hotel it was disappointing. I needs updating/renovating BADLY. You can tell the hotel staff had cleaned, but the hotel is relatively run down. There were no pots/pans/plates in the kitchen area of the suite. The beds were as comfortable as an uncomfortable air mattresses. The bed frames were cheap and very squeaky. There was a (hopefully) toothpaste stain on one of the comforters. The elevator at 10 pm smelled like cat pee. By the morning you could tell it had been cleaned, but there is a lingering pet odor. Considering the condition, not worth the money. Also, it was a non-smoking floor, but someone was smoking weed the ENTIRE morning I was leaving.
