the basic amenities were there... the coffee was good.

electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work; faucet was questionable; things just looked so old and battered; no lounge in the complex for other use or meeting someone; the "breakfast" was the cheapest I've ever seen... and there was no coffee on my final day (and dry cream, not liquid - yeck!). Just an overall sense of not caring for the place and service at a minimum. Cheaper price, but not worth the value I paid for with a 4 night stay.

Location, it was off a side street so it lacked traffic. Parking was plentiful also.

Rooms are old, the bed was not comfy at all. The vending machines didn't work. The breakfast is coffee and oatmeal with some muffins so don't expect much. Their were a number of flies in the room.

2 extended stays in the same block, apparently 1 is the "good" one. Lobby was full of boxes made it very inconvenient to get the "breakfast" ( NOT)if more than 1 person was attempting to get coffee. No ice machines had to go to the store. Disappointed for sure.

I arrived was told I was overbooked n they have no rooms available. No apologies. I was then proceeding to get a refund n the lady was overly rude n told me I had to get a refund through booking.com. Which is weird because it said I wouldn’t even be charged tell I checked into the room. So at 1 am in the morning I’m trying to get a refund and I have 2 babies in the car along with our dog. Had traveled all day to a disappointing situation. I have yet to get a refund from this property. Worst customer service at this location!

Good location

Pillows had yellow stains, old carpets need deep cleaning. Hallways are dark. Red paint on lobby needs to be changed to a cheerful color. Staff looked depressed!
