When I get there they told me that they were not offered breakfast and also because I did the reservation thru Booking.com they will charge me $100.00 deposit for 1 night.

Good area, the front desk person (Steven) was awesome.
Roaches crawling on me as I tried to sleep. Roaches climbing up the walls, on the ceiling. Played wack a roach several times a day. Had to find somewhere to go just to get out of the dump.

Limited lights working in room. Tub was stopped up, guy at the front desk was not helpful at all. Everything out his mouth was negative

The staff went above and beyond the dishes let the little bit be desired the cue can utensils left a little to be desired but overall everyone was super nice the room was comfortable we enjoyed our stay.
I didn't like the fact that I didn't have a full set of dishes for the kids I had no glasses to drink out of my cooking utensils were very flimsy and the pots and pans were good though and there's only one trash can in the whole room.

Bathroom was decent and appropriately stocked.
There were roaches and other bugs in the room. The mattress was very uncomfortable. There was kitchen but no utensil unless you go to the front desk to get them. Not even a coffee maker! There is a $25 upcharge for the dog.

Nice. Some things looked a bit dated but Everything was clean and stocked as expected.
AC was not working and we couldn’t be switched because they were sold out. they made an adjustment .

Room smelled like mold and all water when we first walked in, the bathroom sink is cracked around the drain, the toilet would not flush it first we didn’t know why, it was because we sat back on the toilet lid instead of leaning forward, there were tiny bugs that I’ve never seen before in the bathroom, we found a roach and some other kind of bug. The staff was unfriendly except for the maintenance man he was very nice.

It was not as good as expected
The bathroom was not up to par. It was not clean had to have someone to come and clean it again. Hair and dirt left in the tub.

That they gave us a bottom floor room so my spouse who's on cruches wouldn't have to walk so far (he had surgery on his foot and was in pain). The room was clean and spacious and quite comfortable.

The room smelled like old cigarette smoke, it was kinda dirty, the shower didn't really work and on my last morning I had a Cockroach in my room. It was way overpriced.
