Location, room, cleanliness, view

Oven wasn’t working- obviously not anyone’s fault, lack of basic supplies in Kitchen- but this may be because it is set up more like a hotel than an AirBnB

The view was great. The front desk was very helpful. They allowed me to check in a couple hours early with no issue as i arrived earlier than expected.

The beds weren't the most comfortable nor were the pillows.

Was able to relax wonderfully in the well maintained suite. Friendly support from the house management. Absolut recommendable.

lack of enough hot water

My view and room were great well stocked, organized, and clean.

It was too far up the hill for one person, with no car shuttle drop off at the office after hours, left to walk up two levels with two bags and no directions for accessing the room entrance. I thank God for the resident walking with his kids showing me how to access my building and room. I Call emergency and waited 10 minutes on the after-hours call and was provided taxi information for future use.

The room I reserved I chose a scenic view over the hot tub. The “scenic” view out of our room had two large pine trees straight out in front of our room. It wasn’t hard to see the mountains outside but this room did not meet my expectation.

Very quiet, great view, jacuzzi was amazing especially since it was cold out. Everything was perfect! We will be back!!

The space was very private. The staff were so incredibly friendly and they had small touches such as being able to check out games ( which is great if you're traveling with children) and extra towels ready. The bed and even the sofa bed was comfortable! This was by far one of the best weekend getaways we've had!

Rule against Marijuana on property.

It was really homey. Very clean and comfortable. Had a great time also in the hot tub on a cold 23 degree night. Was awesome! Cindy is so extremely nice and I love all of the offerings and hospitality offered.

A tiny bit pricey but that's because I booked last minute.

Loved the comfort of the room and the view. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Lovely place, quiet and great scenery. Would love to hike trails here, was too cold and snow at the time.

Clean and early check in.

Hot tube jets did not work , only one worked. The main lights in our room did not turn on- were not working. I left my bathing suit there and am getting no answer on phone and left two voicemails and no return call.
