Loved the cabin. It was very cozy and clean. Very convenient to everything. The owner was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

It would have been nice to have a full size refrigerator in the room. We had a hard time fitting food in the small one.

The ambiance and cleanliness of the cabin was excellent! Loved the location and the nature of the surroundings (chipmunks, hummingbirds, and even wild turkeys!). The Owners were magnificent, personable, and very accommodating.

The dirt road circling the cabins and property was very worn, weathered, & narrow for a vehicle to maneuver. Re-grooming of the ingress/egress would enhance the stay. Additionally, the mattress was not very comfortable.

We loved the location. Cabin was comfortable the owners are amazing! We will definitely stay here for our next weekend get away

The property is quiet and peaceful while sitting on the deck for morning coffee we had Elk and Mule deer grazing right in front of us the hosts always made sure we had what we needed and would text us when any animals of interest were around we thank them for a wonderful stay

hospitality was wonderful and helpful suggesting places to visit, eat, and shop . Pam was an exceptional hostess. turkey and deer outside cottage. clean cabin with fulfilling our need of needing extra coffee and allowing us to use snow shoes and clampons

We came to Mountain Shadows for our anniversary trip around Valentines Day. The owner Pam text me to see if I would like for her to pick up flowers or champagne for our arrival. Never had any host offer such personal service. Very clean. Very quiet. Highly recommend Mountain Shadows!

Everything.It was very clean & well kept.The king bed was comfortable.The large walk in shower was relaxing.The kitchenette had everything we needed.We enjoyed the fireplace & hot tub.And we saw deer & turkey right outside our cabin.

The environment for one. When you walk out your door and there is a beautiful flock of turkeys as well as beautiful Mule deer does and gorgeous buck. Not to mention the owners. Wonderful down to earth individuals that offered us so many tips on where to hike, places to eat, handed us gear for the hikes, and came to chat with us before we left. The cabin was super clean and well decorated. The hot tub in the cabin was a most welcomed treat after a full day of hiking in near zero temperatures, as was the bed and super soft sheets that just lull you to sleep. Noise was no issue and the coffee was delicious as it was sipped looking at the mountains and wildlife while planning our day. You won’t be disappointed.
