Everything was great.
The breakfast wasn't quite as good as the last time I stayed there

Loved the spacious & beautifully decorated room. Staff was great…very friendly and helpful in suggesting local restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay here again.

What I liked about the Hyatt hotel was that it was very spacious and clean, great service. Overall wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be visiting again.
What I didn’t like about the Hyatt hotel was that I didn’t have any body wash in the body wash thing in the shower. Other than that I have no complaints.

We had the very best day at the Hyatt House Hartford North/Windsor. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The concierge Millie, was so helpful and allowed us to check in a little earlier than scheduled. The manager Jackie hand wrote us a list of places that we could have dinner according to our specifications. They were so helpful and friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

The room should bigger. They charge me for a pet and didn't bring no animals there.

The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean.
The lobby was usually too cold and our room was well, and hard to regulate.

The first manager, Pat, was wonderful. Once she left, the next management was racist.
The room was not fully clean, and the manager Carla was very racist with , and people were super nice to white people.

The suite and the fresh breakfast. The hot was awesome and the property was kept very clean. The grounds were exceptional and the hotel was very quiet most of our stay.

No exhaust fan in the restroom and the bathroom door didn't lock.

nothing the way you can’t just get in the pool never ever again the racism from people that was there if you African American I suggest you stay where makes you more comfortable
the staff was not friendly very rude and if you was white or Puerto Rican you got better service

The breakfast was good I'm not really a breakfast eater but my grandkids are I liked it the pool area only thing we couldn't play music and hang out other than that everything was great
To let people listen to music in the pool area as long as everyone agrees that is in there

The staff is awesome !!!! front desk morning crew always making it happen !!!! But all are super..... even though I wasn't able to stay this night being my fault the staff was still 100%
The site is beautiful to see the sun set and rise is breath taking......
