Dirty old stuff didn't work no hot water

they had a pet green spot but it was so soaked by the sprinklers that it was nasty and I sunk inches in water

Conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shopping centers, and less than 10 minute drive to the beach.

This property may look fine from the outside, but interior condition is in need of updating. The HVAC seem to be in poor condition with musty odor throughout the hallways and the guest room. Bathroom is dated and in need of renovation. Linens and towels didn't feel all that clean and worn out.

a Nothing except for the one staff member that was real nice the day I arrived she explained to me that she was changing me for two nights only and not for three nights because it was 1pm when i arrived then she looked on her computer and thay had taken out the first night already she said she would tell her boss in the morning and see what she could do I told her I called twice and told them ide be arriving around 1pm or 2pm because there was a big accident on the freeway so that socks big time

Breakfast socks big time the muffins thay give you are hard and not tasty there horrible the coffee is cold and when you tell them thay got an attude about it thay answer you with a smirk like the room has roaches we found two in the bathroom and on the bed the attendance are rude thay anser you because thay have to man these hotel charges you an arm and a leg but it's not worth it it needs improvement badly if I knew it was going to be like this ide never stay here again

elevator doesn’t work hallways dirty bathroom with hair on the shower,few cockroaches in bathroom,carpet dirty,room smells bad hallways smell weed,furniture need a new painting,overall I’m really disappointed

Location is perfect

Expeansive for a 2 Star facility Both Booking.com and Extended Stay America charged me for the same stay.

the rooms smell like urine, shower had mold , room was dirty floors not vacuumed.

Breakfast was terrible. One kind of coffee and one kind of muffin.

No coffee machine in room. No hair dryer. No water on vending machine. Decor looked like a prison.

Staff. Double charged me and was an issue getting it resolved. Eventually it got resolved.

The hotel had bed bugs, I got asked for crack cocaine while at the residence, elevators were broken, my door was broken and the key wouldn’t work. I absolutely need a refund and have emailed the property, to no avail.
