Pleasant, professional staff, good security.

Check in was lengthy. Unnecessary confusion between which location (right next to each other!) to check into. (Ridiculous.) Sheets were scratchy and hot; no extra pillows or blankets. AC was noisy because it couldn't be left on the same cycle, so always kept ramping up/down; made it very hard to sleep. No safety bars in bathroom. (That should be basic and universal by now, folks.) Weak water pressure. Peeling bathtub. NO amenities (e.g. coffee, bottle water, anything). NO USB/other charging points on any outlets or desks.

I was unable to stay due to illness Covid. I called and cancelled 2 days prior, and was still charged. I called for a refund and was never received.

Booked a room, arrived at 11pm and have to wait 40 min for someone to come and say I was on the wrong hotel, after that the lady said they’re busy and have no room for me, I left the place and went to another hotel, poor service, how come no room for someone who booked online 24 before.

The room was pretty large. There was a full kitchen although we didn't use it. The woman at the front desk was talkative and friendly.

The included breakfast was literally a basket of Nature Valley granola bars. This hotel felt like a depressing apartment building or rehab center. My daughter and I were glad we only stayed one night.

If you looking for a modest tucked away place, this would be it. It does not have the grand open foyer, but it was clean, I felt safe, and it was quiet. All of these things made my stay pleasant outside of the breakfast issue.

What I did not like: It advertises "Breakfast is included" which is FALSE. There were a few instant oatmeal packs available, coffee and hot water - That's It! Anything you would want other than coffee and instant oatmeal, you would need to provide yourself including the purchase of bottled water. However, there is a mini kitchen in the room containing a microwave, stove top and refrig to accommodate your required purchases. Me personally, I normally lodge in hotels, so this was my first time lodging at an Extended Stay establishment. If I was aware that breakfast was actually NOT included, I would have been more prepared
