It was clean for the most part...
I didnt like it that they allow people to stay in the same room for more than 30 days make it to where after someone has been there 30 days they have to leave the room for at least a week because it makes things so hard for a family of 4/ or 5 to get a room with double beds

Location was good. The staff was very friendly.
Room condition. The floor was stained, there was a stabbed hole in the metal door and it didn't close all the way.

I got there to check in around 6:50pm I was running short on time before a business meeting . When I got to my room around 7 to leave my stuff , the room had an open window , the screen had been removed and put back badly, I thought it was just the screen until I tried closing the window and it wouldn’t close . I scanned the room and realized the room was not clean so apparently someone sneaked in . I went to lobby and they gladly exchanged the room for another one . I left to my meeting with my luggage cause it didn’t feel safe . We got back at 2am and had to leave early morning , yeah well when we got to our second room we realized it was as bad as the first one I had been given . This second room did have a window lock but it stank like cigarettes(nonsmoking room) , the sink had burnt marks from either cigarettes or meth pipes or who knows what , the stove smelled like burnt rust when turning on , the door locked but had a big gap to see in n out , the stairs to go up to the room had pee on them , it was a horrible experience . I stayed because it was too late to be looking for another place but I would never recommend this to anyone. Make yourself a favor and look in another hotel.

They were overbooked and gave us 2 queen beds in different rooms. I booked a one room and got 2 rooms instead.

The staff and location
seemed a little outdated but when looking at other Extended Stay Americas in the area it was the same.

It was a decent price. Proximity to my work place was great. The staff was nice, accommodating.
I didn't feel safe there. I originally felt that the location would give me a good and safe stay, however, when I arrived there, that was definitely not the case. Lots of people hanging outside, drinking, smoking, staring, etc. A few broken down cars in the parking lot and the rooms carpet had crumbs from the last person that stayed. There were also dead bugs (I guess could be a plus?) on the night stand and in the bathroom.

I was able to cook AND FOUND OUT ONE BURNER WAS NOT WORKING , BUT I MANAGE. ALSO, JUST TO COOK YOUR OWN FOOD IS GREAT, SOMETIMES. ROOM WAS CLEAN BATHROOM WAS GOOD. I DON'T KNOW WHY I DID NOT TELL THEM ABOUT THE BURNER, I GUEST BECAUSE I WAS LEAVING IN A COUPLE OF DAYS AND I JUST WANTED TO REST BUT IT WENT WELL.
I WAS TOLD THAT I DESTROY THE ROOM, NO WAY. MOST BE JIM THE DRAG QUEEN THAT LOOKS LIKE ME, NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD I DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I AM ONE PERSON THAT TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES AND PERSONEL PROPERTY, NOT IN MY BLOOD SYSTEM.

My room was dirty, there was a DIRTY DIAPER under my bed!!! And there were some blood stain on the shower curtain, honestly I didn’t get any sleep while I was here, it was not worth it!!

The front desk ladies where nice.
It was very dirty on the outside and on the inside. we had a kid try and brake in with a crow bar. We ended up not staying and just got a different place.

This ESA was about the worst hotel experience I can remember. The property is very tired as in broken down, The sidewalks and common exterior areas are filthy. The carpet in the room was so grimy and stained I never wanted to take my shoes off.
Well into the night several guests were arguing and banging on doors, cursing and generally disruptive. I actually didn't feel safe and I'm glad my wife did not accompany me.
This is obviously a hotel for many transient and homeless transitional guests. This is not a hotel for business travelers, vacationers, tourists, etc.

Trash still in trashcan, shower faucet leaked, drain under bathroom faucet sealed with rags, but fight in parking lot and five police cars arrived keeping me up most of the night, etc.
