the staff they are the best

The staff was exceptional. The room was lovely and housekeeping was very thorough.
The only problem was that I was in a room next to a large suite. At 1am in the morning, a party began and was very noisy. I, of course, was awakened, but thought they would quiet down - about 45 min. later I called the front desk who I'm sure sent up security. There was about a 5 minute quiet time and the noise began again. I read a book for about another 45 min before I called the front desk again. The party ended after 3:30am. I know your staff was doing what they could but obviously the guests didn't cooperate. Your management was kind enough to award me points

It's a beautiful hotel, the staff is very professional. It was a terrible value relative to so many other options nearby.
It just wasn't worth paying 3x next door. Their food options were very limited. They managed to somehow take forever to go get my car from the parking lot, almost made me late for the meeting I came to town for.

the gripe we have though is for the cost of the room the shower was poor , lacked pressure and was very basic .

Loved the room, and how quick service was
Service by the pool was very slow, drink were subpar, food was amazing. I wish there was food served all day, I needed a meal at 3:15 prior to my departure for the airport and non of the restaurant were serving anymore I had to wait until 4 (which was too late)

There’s nothing to dislike about the hotel itself, it is fabulous, and the people are all so accomodating
i think that when you are paying $700 plus a room they could throw in free ice etc you even get free ice in Hilton Garden Inns, but here EVERYTHING has to be tipped

The noon check out time makes it most appealing to me. The gym was fantastic as was the staff.
We’ll, housekeeping neglected to replace used coffee items from the day before, the tile in the bathroom was extremely dated and scuffed up and valet parking pricing was extreme for registered guests.

The food was great and the hotel was very quiet and elegant.
The internet. Difficult time connecting my laptop. Ended up with IT support for an hour sorting it out. Should not be that difficult.
The TV didn’t have all the latest apps available…had a limited/fixed selection.

I like how personable the staff was, and also the little things, like the champagne and strawberries that was in our room, the personal note that was written by the Butler Staff, the extra candy that was delivered, the personal driver that was offered, the housekeeping staff, and an absolute special shout out to the gentleman who checked us in. I could literally go on.
I honestly can't think of anything. I guess if I could mention one thing and it is absolutely not a game changer it would be more live music.

Breakfast was very average. Service slow.
I was very disappointed: when I stay at a 5 star hotel I expect better service, competent and helpful staff, and better access to restaurants and bars. We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and 1 room for 3 nights.
1) problems with billing. When we checked in they said that my sisters' credit card was declined, which was not correct. The day after we found out that they over authorized 4 times: twice on my credit card, one on the credit card of my sisters. They also charged the debit card of my son, despite when I checked in I asked to charge my card also for my son's room. We asked 3 times to staff at the receptio to fix the problem with no success. The bill of my son was wrong: they charged him for 4 nights instead of 3, as indicated in the reservation. The staff at the reception was incompetent and inexperienced.
2) problems with reservation. My son reservation was under the wrong name despite the correct name was spelled out on the booking.com reservation
3) problem with access to bar and restaurant. The evening we checked in we couldn't get a table at the restaurant and when we asked if we could eat at the bar they said that the bar was full. They suggested we order room service !
