There was no continental breakfast offered. I was disappointed it was not available.
The grout in the shower had not been cleaned of the hardwater scum.

Weather. It got icy on Wednesday. I slipped on the step to my door. Hurt pretty bad and no one around to help. I couldn't miss work though Thursdayand Friday. Check out sat and still hurting. I told clerk but he didn't look interested. It was horrible due to bad weather.

The air conditioner worked really well.
Had HBO to watch on the TV.
The room was a non smoking room, however the bed spread was covered in cigarette burns.
The peep hole was missing and there was nothing covering it up. It looked like a bullet hole through the door.
The toilet bowl was not clean.
Lobbies are closed and there was no breakfast or pool access as shown on the website.
