Nothing really. Except the house keeper was really nice. It was a dry place to sleep. Nothing more everything less. 

Here we go. . .Just before arriving I called specifically to find out what my total was going to be and to make sure they knew I had a service animal plus my daughter also brought her dog but would be taking it with after our visit. They said my total with taxes was going to be 98.89 which was perfect because I had $100 to spend. So they give us a room getting up to the sixth floor exiting the elevator I was totally grossed out. It smelled so badly up there like dog and cat feces and urine. It was terrible. Like take your breath away. Terrible! I went right back down and asked for another room on a different floor. They refused. They also refused to get my money back, I didn’t want to stay in that hotel anymore because it was gross. It was just gross not to mention my room was about 10 x 12‘ if that I had no choice but to stay I was on limited funds and I didn’t have a choice so I just excepted it For the night and I would be fine. I would check out in the morning and not have to see that place ever again that’s not the case $174 later is what I got charged. Totally ridiculous for a room at that size on the floor that smell that bad oh no, I really wanted my money back now. Would they do it? Nope, I was a palled disgusted legitimately I was pissed off and I made it known but that didn’t matter to them they got their $174 for a 10 x 12 room And that’s actually giving it some space I want to say it was like an 8 x 8. It was a queen size bed up against the wall with walking room on the other side literally it was room 613 and I will never ever touch foot on that property again not to mention there’s no place for a pet to use the restroom. They put us all the way up on the sixth floor and when the animals got to go to the bathroom, they don’t want to sit there and take six flights of stairs down to the main floor to get outside.

The poor customer service is what I dislike most about the property. I was in the queue in the reception, someone’s vacuuming in front of us , we didn’t know where to stand. Anyway, I can understand that the staff wanted his task to be done, but there’s not even signage on the floor. I had to jump from here to the other side just to give way to the person vacuuming the floor. It just shows rudeness. I was quite disappointed. Secondly, we decided to extend our stay for 1 more night due to blizzard. We called up to the reception on the evening. By next morning, we left the room to do our appointments nearby. We came back to the room after 4 hours- that was around 1pm. , but the room was not cleaned or at least replenish the amenities. We called up to the reception that we would like to have our room cleaned. The receptionist that we spoke with told us that he’s gonna send someone. So, my usb and and I decided to leave the room and have a lunch the lounge; we came back after 5pm; but nobody came to clean the room. We called to the reception again and was told that he’s gonna send someone to clean the room, the male staff on the other line explained that the room attendants already went home. Wow, I couldn’t believe it! That’s not my problem if the staffs went home and the room was not serviced. We paid more than 200 bucks for two nights and that’s the type of service we would get as a customer. We were completely disappointed. So my husband went down to ask clean towels and soaps.

Has on-site lounge. Everything we needed was close by so we could walk. The hospital, event center, mall numerous restaurants and bars.

Service was good. Place was quiet.

People hollering in the hallways, late at night.

Great downtown location. Convenient for my business trip. Great choice of downtown eateries and such in walking distance. Great location for events at the Civic center. Very nice parking garage.

Convention rooms are typically too cold and this trip was no different.
