There were all kinds of people walking around not staying at the property, with their hoods up going up and down the hallways at 11pm. The bathroom had hair on the floor and a bunch in the toilet. The air conditioning came on full blast and wouldn’t shut off. It was ice cold in our room all night long! The carpets were dirty. The sheets had something disgusting on them. I can’t even describe what it even looked like, it was nasty.

Its a good location

The beds, the pillows ,the bedding , the water was not warm enough. There should be more rules in the swimming pool for the kids

Perfect place for family vacation. The front desk has amazing people working. Instantly willing to help solve any problems and working with a genuine smile on their face.

Our first room didn't have working WiFi, but as soon as we mentioned it to the front desk they sent maintenance to put a booster in our room. Our second room, (we got two rooms for the whole family) struggled with keeping the air conditioning going, so they moved both rooms into a different part of the hotel to accommodate us. Super helpful group of workers at the hotel.

It's an employee free for all. Are sinkl had no pressure it was also plugged our bed look like somebody had jumped on it for multiple years I'll leave that to your discretion broken glass all over outside I had asked several times but several employees including to come find out the owne was one of them if they would clean it up no one did. my wife and dog both got cut by the broken glass. That was also drag in. To the in side the exit door was so messed up you could not get out but you could get in with your room key doesn't do much good in case of an emergency I could not sleep so I decided I was going to check out early 3:30 a.m. no employee at the front desk I had waited at the front desk for 2 hours and in the meantime called the phone number over and over nobody answered nobody came to the front desk the front desk was totally unattended there was some young female who claims she worked there but would not check me out said she was waiting on her boss and she disappeared somewhere come to find out she was passed out in some room. food prices for example $14 for two pieces of French toast not that good. Should have been totally reimbursed for this room it definitely was not worth it will not stay there again and definitely will not recommend it to anybody

Room was okay hardwood floors. Pool needs some updating. There is just bare concrete wear shoes. The kids area flooring by the pool was all torn off. Beds were okay. They are comfy good, pillows.

Pool was not good. It looked very questionable water was somewhat warm in the bigger area. The kids area was freezing cold and the hot tub had a lot of gravel like stuff in the bottom. Shower after for sure!

Good location, bed was comfortable and the gentleman who checked me in was quite pleasant.

The night front desk worker sucked!! I booked a room on bookings.com and he said no rooms available, then said he couldn’t find my name & then ask me to ask booking for a refund!! After all of this I finally got into my room a hr later!! #Racist

Room was quiet. You couldn't hear the loud music downstairs. It was clean. Nothing special, but nothing terrible. It worked for a one night stay. The bed was really hard, I wasn't a huge fan but my wife liked it so no big complaints.

The guests were the worst part. A few snippy stuck up Karen's, and the rooms next to us kept knocking on the walls. The tv was junk but otherwise there wasn't much wrong with it.

kids screaming at the water park until 11:30 at night. A couple arguing in the room next door until 12:45 AM with paper walls sounded like they were in my room. Black mold in the shower. Could not get the number for the front desk. the number I got was the manager’s voicemail. she never answered and never returned the calls. I had a 5:00 AM flight so I got no sleep at all. Overall my worst hotel experience ever!

rooms were nice, lots of parking

the night we checked in one man was horrible and rude to us. threw a fit that we booked through booking.com? threw our room keys and slammed doors like a child… was not pleased by this attitude. the morning girl was great though

The staff was unfriendly and uncaring. I did not get the room type that I booked. The bed was a very uncomfortable Murphy bed.
