Room was clean. Location was convenient.
Room was sparsely furnished. AC was off when we arrived and it was 85° in the room. WIFI wasn't working. Bathtub finish was peeling.

Checking was quick and easy .. staff was friendly.
Sexually inappropriate pool behavior..
2 separate families with children and my family had to leave the swimming pool due to 2 male individuals acting sexually inappropriate toward each other at the pool.. this behavior is COMPLETELY inappropriate for a families with children. I was under the impression this was a family motel, not a LBGTQ motel.

The motel is right beside the main road. Could hear the cars all night long.
Motel had some renovations done. Some are done nicely while others are poorly. Lots of "lipstick" touch ups especially in the bathroom.
Stay wasn't worth the 190$ we paid but not much Hotels to choose from in this small town.

Not enough parking. Dog hair all over the floor. Toilet dirty, bath tub had to be cleaned before used.

Towels were very rough. Felt like I was drying off with sandpaper.

The location
We paid thinking breakfast was included and upon arrival was told they did not have breakfast but only coffee from 6 to 10 am.
Every night and morning I was awoke to people hitting the walls, loud music, dogs barking!!! You can hear everything through the Paper thin walls and nobody has any respect staying there.

very clean smelling and looking, staff was super friendly.
faucet in bathtub was about to fall off they had caulked it to the tub, sink faucet sprayed everywhere. Our room was the very last room and no parking for it except at road.

my toilet was not exactly clean on the inside. but i went to family dollar easy fix for 2 dollars.

Noises during the night. we couldn’t tell if it was the wind outside or something between the walls. The room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t as clean as I’d like.

Close to Trade Days. Front desk very nice & accommodating
Crickets in the room & outside the room both dead & alive… so many I couldn’t stay there. In all fairness to the property, I heard it was a recent seasonal infestation to that area / not just this hotel.
