I usually stay at a Hyatt for the luxury aspect of the rooms. It did have a mini fridge and bathtub. The bed was very comfortable and sheets clean.

My room was damp feeling when I walked in, there was a cleaning rag left on my nightstand and all I could hear for hours was a dog barking in a room somewhere near me. I was coming off a long flight and wanted to take a bath and rest. The bathtub was not up to standards for me to soak in.

we did not have breakfast, I am unsure of it they offered it. The swimming pool was nice , nice lifeguard and great for my sister and our 6 kids. When others came it felt crowded quickly as it was such a small pool. Besides the size, it was great!

I checked in, having left another hotel nearby, and was immediately at ease. I was in the process of moving with a broken foot. I had a lot of luggage. They insisted on helping me. At every turn someone was helpful, from housekeeping to the restaurant to the front desk and even staff circulating. (My prior experience, nobody offered any help as I struggled with a luggage cart in and out of the hotel). The room was spacious, well-decorated and great for setting up to work. The hot tub was a welcome relief. The restaurant staff was incredibly friendly and knew their menu well! Especially the bar side. What started as a stop while moving across state lines, turned into a staycation.

I like that the s was convenient to alot of thing to do n eat

I didn’t like I didn’t have a microwave in the room and when I use the community microwave us was extremely dirty and the bed was a little hard for my like but everything else good no other complaints

Consider another color palette when you next remodel? This one feels a bit bland and dated?

shower head need updating. weak flow of water. no activities in the lobby. only one restaurant.
