Minimal breakfast

It was convenient to everything and mybroom was easy et être.

They don't allow pets and the room was clean except the floor. Vinyl flooring throughout my room and I definitely couldn't walk on it without shoes on. Also, just so you know, their "complementary breakfast" is cereal.

The fact that this was prepaid and it was difficult for the staff to locate the prepayment and wanted to charge again.

The staff was very friendly & professional. Excellent customer service. Helped us to get into a pet friendly hotel right next door. Very accommodating. Close to restaurants. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Most of all, it was very safe to leave our stuff on the back of the vehicle cargo carrier with no worries. Highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay traveling through. Close to interstate, and restaurants. Clean and quiet.

Mini Fridge freezer big enough for my lunch box ice pack. Nice to relax after work watching HBO. Able to get fresh towels as needed. Everything was great, staff was wonderful.

I liked it was close to major road to enjoy activities.

Front desk clerk was rude and room was dirty with large spider webs, flies, a sticky floor, and very dark.

The room was not clean. There were crumbs /food on the floor & mini fridge. bed blankets were not clean. The shower areas & toilet seat were not clean coupled with the bench. We were happy there was no carpet but the wood floors clearly had not been mopped/cleaned for a long time. We will always bring sanitizing wipes just in case of this exact scenario. we will not stay again & not recommend due to being unclean. I’d would like to end on a positive note. The bed & pillows were comfy. The evening desk staff was extremely attentive and pleasant

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.Staff was friendly and helpful.

The safety bar in the shower needed fixed and there were chipping in the shower wall

Loved the jacuzzi and location of hotel

The jacuzzi ended up breaking down and the hot watsr wouldnt turn off so they had to move me to the red roof.
