The staff (office/housekeeping/maintenance) were exceptional. They all were able to answer questions about the area and provide tips along with exceptional service.

All of the amenities in the rooms. The showers is wonderful. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
The elevator needs some maintenance. It was very wobbly and shakey.

The property is dotted with accents related to sports fishing, from wood carved doors to copper sculptures. It is built around a central courtyard that has a bar and tables for gathering. The room has a full kitchen & really nice furniture.
Parking is limited, but free.

Not the fault of the hotel, but we had a fire alarm incident and had to evacuate for a while until it was fixed. Luckily no fire. Still eventful though, and loud 🙃

roomy, comfortable for a one night stay.
The clientele seemed to be mostly older folks (not an issue) whose primary interest seemed to be the bar next door. These people would come in and appear very much under the influence, being very loud, slamming doors, etc. well past the 10pm “quiet time”.

This place is wonderful! Love the location, off the highway, quiet, view great, room large and comfortable. I would suggest this to everyone, but then I might not get a room. :) Love it!!!

The location, kitchenette, pool, friendliness of staff, full sized fridge, comfortable bed and sitting area
The showers are so confusing there is a diagram print out given at check-in. They should replace them. On night #2 we didn’t have hot water so I was unable to shower. The room was dusty, including the walls, picture frames and behind the toilet.

the rude service, I have a full recording of this guy name micheal, he was so rude he laughed in my face when I told him my issue with the room. the rooms were not properly cleaned and when we were moved the bathroom would not flush. someone had used the bathroom in our room before we even got in the room. the pool was closed until 7pm when I was called to tell me it was opened, when the pool closes at 9pm. when I get into the next room it was so flooded with water. not to mention the poop stain on the bed. it was just an overall bad experience

the room was very clean the bathroom was nice the shower was awesome , THE ONLY complaint i have is the bed i asked for a king , it was 2 twin beds put together that was not comfortable at all . everything i mean everything else was great .. i will stay again. next time ill do a queen.
i didnt like the bed , it was comfy the first night . the other two nights were not so comfy.
