I liked the pool and hot tub and the comfortable bed! The big refrigerator was great too! The statues outside were a nice touch too.
I wish Colorado didn’t have so many taxes.

My issue is with checkout and the staff not knowing how to do an early checkout, which they ended up charging on credit card twice and then a second credit card before they found their on mistake. The first transaction went through and they received payment but the third transaction is still pending and holding funds in another account. I think that this is fraudulent and I won’t be doing business with them again. I will share my experience on social media as well.

Staff was very nice. Always nice to have comfortable beds, microwave and fridge. Room was very clean. Hotel breakfast was pretty standard but sufficient.
The toilet water had not been turned on and seemed to still have trouble flushing off & on after my husband turned it on.

Amazingly friendly staff! Rooms were very clean and mattress was awesome! Came for a hunting trip and already booked for next year!
The only improvement I'd suggest is the breakfest.. the scrambled eggs every morning were pretty tasteless and the seasoned potatoes were not cooked all the way evert day... biscuits and gravey was great! Meats were good! But all in all only the breakfest needed work..

The staff made me feel like family. The manager, Donna, shared the history of the hotel and beautiful brass sculptures of wild life of Colorado. She and her staff exceeded all expectations.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Coffee was available 24 hours. Quiet.
