The woman at check in was very courteous.
They had a gab and go breakfast which I did not have.

Room was nice and clean. Location was good, walking distance from downtown.

Great location. Great staff. Very nice room. Updated bathroom. Comfortable bed.
It's probably time to deep clean the carpet or replace it. Not a deal breaker, though! Suggest some type of lighting on the dresser/TV area.

Jacuzzi tub and shower were dirty and soap scum in shower. Pool doesn't open early in morning, only opens at checkout time.

The quality and cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations.
Breakfast was very simple. Some hard boiled eggs would have been excellent.

The location is wonderful- super close to everything. The inn was very easy to find, and had a cute little lot with a gazebo.
Some of the nooks and crannies needed to be stubbed - especially in and around the AC units. The shower curtains could be updated.

We absolutely loved the size of the room and the very cozy fireplace. We had it on instead of the wall heater and it was just so warm and felt great. The bed was very comfortable, nice hardwood flooring. The shower could be improved. Small with curtain and older shower head. Even a new shower head would improve the experience greatly.
Other than that, we would hands down stay again. We came for the New Year's Eve ball drop and it was so nice to be within 15-20 minute walk to downtown from the hotel.
Loved the size of the room - had whirpool, nice warm, cozy fireplace that kept us so warm, hardwood floors in main area, great location to activities downtown area. Bed was very comfortable also.

Got an upgrade on one of the rental rooms because the first one wasn’t cleaned.

There was no breakfast. I think it was advertised that there would be a continental breakfast.
Also, when I got up my room, I turned on the heater and tv. The heater was marking an awful racket and the tv wouldn’t turn on. Went to the office to share that with them. They almost beat me back to my room. Tried to fix it and couldn’t. Gave me another room. BERY impressive!
Also changed out towels in the midst of my 2 night stay.
