Friendly staff, comfortable bed, given ground floor room near an exit, which was good for my dogs.
The carpet was filthy. I forgot to bring slippers, and with walking barefoot from my bed to the bathroom and back, the soles of my feet were black. The room seemed otherwise clean.

Breakfast was adequate. Liked the pancake machine but would have appreciated butter.
The room was surface clean, but vanity mirror was splattered (toothpaste??), and the walls in the bathroom were in need of deep cleaning. Not sure what was on them. Tub area needed a lot of work. Grout was cracked and water leaked down wall and destroyed the drywall.

I had something to sleep on.
I was double charged for my room. I ordered a room for my pet. Then got charged even more for my pet. Why get a room for a pet if you are not brining them. That is a no brainer. It took 24 hours to get my money back. Which messed with my vacation plans. They told us the wrong room number. We ended up going to doors and checking to see if the key card worked on it. Then went downstairs to let the clerk know. Another lady was given someone else room. I was helping because she had issues with the steps. There was a a line of complaints . Room keys not working. Yeah. I am not going there again

Location was good.
Walls were splattered with something and hadn't been washed down maybe ever. The luggage rack thing was filthly and rusty. The toilets are for like a little kid. WE NEED ADULT SIZE TOILETS!!!

the back door, next to my room was up a flight of cement stairs that were filthy & littered with cigarette butts and empty beer bottles & cans.

The room smelled like urine. There was long black hair in the shower. The bathroom fan didn’t work. There was a hood in the wall. It cost way too much for what we got.
