The room was clean and roomy, staff when at the desk were friendly and there was easy access to outside from our room with parking right outside our door.

There were special rags for make-up removal and the same rags to clean your vehicle along with a note that stated if you didn't use those rags for that purpose and used the other towels indeed you'd be charged a linen fee. You had to write what you wanted for breakfast on a card for staff to gwt for you (which you would think nice) but you didn't get to select what type of pastry, yogurt or fruit you got if you selected those on the card. The fitness room was very small and only had room for an elliptical and rowing machine.

There was nobody at the front desk to check in. I waited for several minutes, tried calling, hollered to the back. I’m still waiting for the refund. I could really use that $80+ right now considering I had I book a different place.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.

liked it except the carpeting was filthy

The coffee machine was broken! Not a drop of coffee and really no one having breakfast, what little that a saw.

Everything was great except the terribly old and stained rugs in common areas.

Rugs in common areas need to be replaced.

Pet friendly and location

Dirty bathroom and sink, fridge was off, no microwave, and breakfast was not at all what was expected. Way too expensive for what it is!!!

The breakfast was OK. Biscuits and gravy would have been preferable. Scramble eggs were a little salty.

The beds were not that comfortable and the sheets in my opinion we’re below second rate as far as quality.
