The rooms were very clean and lovely. Newly remodled.

No idea it was under construction, Booked on line no warning. For the price it was not satisfactory.

Very clean facility and room, nice breakfast included, Great location off Main street near university.

It always hurts to have to pay $50.00 for my dog to stay. Then they charged me twice, and I had to call to get a refund. Also could not get blow drier to operate.

The bathrooms were dirty

The bathrooms wasn’t properly cleaned and had this brownish stains in the sink, bath bowl and toilet

Bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Everyone was nice

Everything was nice except the bathroom. The toilet didn’t look clean ie stains on the toilet seat and the shower drain was clogged so the water didn’t go down

Walking distance to a good restaurant. Room was simple, comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and pleasant. I really enjoyed the window seat!

At first, I was disappointed with the breakfast set up. Then I found the fridge with egg and breakfast sandwich options that could be heated in the microwave. The sandwich I tried was surprisingly good.

Location is excellent for SBU parents. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. And the breakfast was perfect, items were well stocked and clean. The pancake maker was fabulous!! Vending machines and ice machine were near lobby which was convenient.

Our first floor room, #134, was next to stairway which was so noisy all night. It didn’t help that kids ball team were there same night and the kids kept running up and down the stairways. Also the doors on the stairway and hotel exit, also next to our room bang very loud when opening and closing. Also the pillows were poor quality and no support and were limp and flat even stacking two together.
