Location was great. Cold water during 100 degree days at rally. Comfortable.

I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from but you couldn't beat this place for $55 a night! The front desk guy was super friendly, rooms were very clean, no funky smells, quiet location with easy access to food and then pet fee was only $25! We have stayed at a far worse super 8 for $100 and a $38 pet fee on top of it.. so for a stop on our way out west this was absolutely perfect! There is also a nice big sidewalk across the street to walk the pup!

would be a great location if everything was open. staff was the best part, manager working her butt off to make sure travelers are happy and I swear she worked round the clock!
needs more soundproofing! side doors are very heavy and extremely loud when people go in and out. attention to detail when being cleaned is needed, something spilled by side door still there after 3 days 😞

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. I don’t think they own a vacuum. The floor in my room was dirty, the towels were old, and stained, and the refrigerator was loud. The night lady was very rude. She wasn’t as rude in the morning. When I booked the room on booking.com it said that the hotel was pet friendly. I don’t recall anything stating when I booked the room that there was a $25.00 per charge. When I went to get the room they charged me $25 for my Corgi. I just stayed at a nice clean Motel 6 in Idaho Falls Id. For less money and it was pet friendly and they didn’t charge me any extra for my dog. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I’d look elsewhere.
Hire staff that isn’t rude, clean the rooms and buy new towels. The small refrigerator needs to be replaced it was loud and when it came on it woke me up.

I was unable to use my reservation due to a blizzard that prohibited me from traveling. According to booking.com I was only to be charged for one night of the stay. The property charged me for the entire stay. They were rude and not helpful when I called to address this issue. They hung up on me multiple times and said booking.com is not their problem. Not to mention the phone number provided on booking.com is not the correct number for the hotel. I am now trying to get a refund for things that are not my problem. The hotel are theifs and I do not recommend staying here. Awful customer service.

That it was inexpensive
The facility was filthy. There were mousetraps set all over the hallways, there were MULTIPLE stains on the sheets, of all different colors, I had to wait 10 minutes at the desk as no one was there. The staff was remodeling the upstairs at 1am, making all sorts of ruckus. Who remodels at 1am?

Accessible to Freeway
The room DESPERATELY needed a deep cleaning!! There was dirty smudges all over on the floor boards and walls. and sink is on the outside of the bathroom and there was accumulated dirty all around the caulking of the sink . Shower head was FILTHY (lime scale and such) and the tub was a bit dirty. We even found an old French fry under the table.
They clearly only clean enough to get guests in and out.
We expected there to be dated furnishings, but the last they can do is maintain it with thorough cleanings.

Not clean, dark halls, hole in wall by doorknob. Definitely checked the bed for bedbugs before bringing our family in. No bugs so we stayed there and actually slept quite well. We did not eat the breakfast provided, we went out for breakfast the next morning. Staff didn’t make eye contact.
