Location
No hot tub. No sauna. Cold breakfast. Uncomfortable beds and flat pillows.

Pool and hottub were closed. Never got told they were closed. Then the jacuzzi in our room didn't work either.

Breakfast was fair. Enjoyed the pancake machine.
Phone for the room was on the floor and the cover for the air conditioner was on the floor and long time to get hot water to the sink. Disappointed pool was closed for renovations.

The staff at the front desk are exceptionally accommodating; whenever approached with a need, they were very responsive.
I discussed some maintenance things that could be addressed.

Just my opinion. Out of all of the hotels I stay out, AmericInn has increased their prices considerably.

false advertising from the pictures. was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub in the room based off the pictures. that’s why I booked this one. got there and it was just a regular suite. extremely disappointed

We were in the corner room so it was nice and quiet!
When we walked in the room the floors were dirty and it hadn’t clearly been dusted in awhile. I was looking forward to letting my son crawl around on the floors after a 7 hour trip to Mitchell, but the floor had too many little pieces and a toenail. I had to take a pillow down to the front desk because it was stained yellow as if someone had peed on it. They didn’t have any to replace it with and was told that most likely was from chemicals they were using to clean. Just disappointed after reading all the great reviews about cleanliness! Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We walked into the room and it just stunk of cat urine. I almost vomited. The guy at the front desk immediately moved us to a new room but the impression was already made. My husband and I are both seniors and were surprised to find out there was no elevator. I have never read reviews nor posted one but this experience was absolutely horrific.

The place was beautiful and close to restaurants. The pool & hot tub were very clean. The continental breakfast was delicious.
This trip the carpet in the room we rented was damp. As if it was just cleaned that morning and rented out the same evening.

Breakfast was excellent. Morning staff person was very friendly and personable. Pool area looked brand new. All exceptionally clean!
Night staff person seemed a bit bored; couldn’t offer much information on where to grab dinner locally.
