It was clean.
There weren’t many options for breakfast.

The bed was decent and furnishings respectable.
This is a dumpy, well-worn motel trying to brush itself up. The newish furnishings are decent, the bed decent, but everything extremely sub par. The cement walkways are all peeling paint, the hallway rugs musty. It just feels rundown. There were numerous cracks in the plaster in our room and bathroom, the largest in the ceiling running 3-4 feet long. Ugh.

Our room was very nice.Our only problem was the beds were VERY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE and pillows were flat. Bathroom door did not shut,it had to be slammed for it to shut.

I had the disability room and I really liked the shower. I liked the bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower too. They were much nicer than the little bottles and the bar of soap in other hotels.
I will be in the area again in the fall and will have to remember my slippers since the floor was not carpetted. Probably because it was a disability room.

Location; we had to travel back, windy, country roads to get there.
We found a towel that was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. It was obviously not one of the hotel's towels and forks and ketchup packets behind the desk. This makes me question how thoroughly the room was cleaned, given these missed items.
Parking is a nightmare. The lot is small, add in full size pick up trucks, large SUVs, and large uhauls, very few parking spaces were available. The oversized vehicles caused a ripple effect, making parking spaces even tighter.

It was very clean, and the bathroom was very big. Bedding was clean as well as the floors.
Our neighbors partied pretty hard until the wee hours, but it was not a huge deal.

We love staying here for our Knobels trip every year. It's reasonably priced, has a nice breakfast offered, and the staff has always been extremely friendly. The cleaning lady I spoke to Sunday morning was extremely nice and had our room stocked up by the time we got back.
My only complaint is that I wish the floors were cleaner. All of our feet were filthy the first night we stayed so I had to keep socks on the kids the whole time so I didn't have to constantly wash their feet. Other than that, the stay is always amazing!

I was very happy with our stay it was very clean I love that they have shampoo , conditioner and body wash on the wall the show temp. Was wonderful and the pressure of the shower was like a massage. It was right down the road to everything wee needed. I would rent them again for sure.
The parking in the day is was great at night I had to park away from the room was not to happy about that part.

No breakfast
We checked in after 4PM When we tried to enter our room the door was open and a person was applying flooring in the doorway. We entered our room and sat for half an hour waiting for them to finish. This should have been done before check-in or put us in a different room.

It was so beautiful there I was from Georgia and we had some bad hurricane in to come through so I just decided to come up North and visit my daughter I'm always loved the mountains I love it because it's such a beautiful place the hotel was very clean convenient restaurants in the area it was very nice I really enjoyed myself me and my husband and we will visit again next year and we would love to have the same room which was 229 thank you so much for your hospitality and thank you so much for making breakfast very convenient didn't have to spend any money

Very clean and updated. Perfect for our short stay and the staff was very accommodating to our requests. Would definetly stop here again while passing through.
