Everything was fine. I would have liked to park in front of the building in the evening and not had to walk from the very back of the building. However, the back was well lite and there was a back entry door.

I would like to see 2 queen beds in the room as opposed to two double beds.

Would have been nice to have bagel and cream cheese and plain oatmeal in packets that you could add hot water to. Only breakfast options had sugar and I don't eat sugar. Had dry cereal with sugar, waffle with sugar. I was able to make a slice of toast. Orange juice was not real juice. Overall, it was still nice to have the option of a breakfast available. I made reservations for two on line. It did not ask the name of the 2nd person. When I checked in I told the lady at the desk that someone else would be arriving later. When my colleague arrived, they would not check her in and give her a key. She had to call me and have me talk to the man at the desk in order to get checked in.

very quite, clean , was able to get my work done on the very adequate work area with hood lighting for work table.

TV wouldn’t keep signal. I like keeping up with the college scores while doing paperwork. But it was resolved ‘by staff.

The hotel staff was great!

Booking.com didn’t transmit my reservation so the hotel never received it. To make things worse, when you try to call the phone number on the email to get ahold of booking.com there is a recording of offers for a bunch of things but no real help. As far as I’m concerned the customer service from booking.com was non-existent. I will never use this website again.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. The rating of 7.1 has got to be a joke, it should have been a 1.7. It was the worst booking I've ever had through booking.com.

The hotel smelled bad. The room was filthy, carpets were stained, there was water damage to the ceiling and walls, and it has roaches. Not to mention the people hanging around outside late at night. I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.

No elevator. I'm 75 years old and had to make 4 trips up and down 15 steps. Traveling alone at my age is difficult enough without having to drag heavy bags up and down stairs. The floor in the room was sticky and filthy. The bathroom linens were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I slept fitfully and very little.I won't stay at another Super 8. Ever again.
