The staff was great. The hotel is a great deal for the price

Breakfast was fine. Attendant was friendly and sought out the missing breakfast items. No butter. No yogurt. And something else was missing but I don’t recall what it was

Bathroom was not clean or maybe a bit clean but it looked dirty. Carpet felt damp to bare feet

It was hard to find the entrance and when you find it you have to walk up ramps. No elevator. Stairs were steep. Floor in room wet and stained. Smell musty.

Nice location and it was a great stay

The staff was amazing! They are incredibly customer service oriented. There wasn't a huge breakfast but we didn't leave hungry. (the waffles are yummy.) The room was clean and the place is very peaceful. We had a very comfortable stay.Oh...AND we forgot several things (a couple of which were valuable) in our room but they kept them safe for us to come pick up.

It was in a good location, everything was fine, except for the bed..It was hard as a rock..But other than the bed, everything was good.

No elevator or easy access for handicapped. Springs coming thru mattress. Employees no where to be found. Breakfast was little to choose from.

Went to front desk without a reservation and was told the price was $91. Went online to book and saved more than $20. After a long day of driving, it would be nice to just receive the best price at the desk in person.

It was one of the most affordable higher rated options for us, but we got what we paid for. Breakfast consisted of cereals, milk, make your own waffle, individually wrapped muffins, and oatmeal which were pretty good. Room included mini fridge, microwave, and nice tv.

The location is a little inconvenient, you have to cut across the highway to get into the parking lot if you are coming from downtown Hannibal. Half of our towels had brown or black stains on them prior to use. The ceiling above the shower looked moldy with brown water damage stains. The shower curtain had seen better days as well and was discolored. Be sure to pack your own conditioner, they only had a shampoo/lotion/hand sanitizer. Armchair in the room was fraying. Bed was a pillow short. The comforter was dated and looked dirty so we removed it. The tornado sirens in Hannibal went off and staff was unsure of protocol and did not alert guests.

1 pillow had stains all over it. Two pillows had hair on them. One looked like animal hair the other was human hair. Fitted sheets had stains on them. One had dog paw prints on it. I think/hope they were clean - but why use stained sheets on your beds??

There was Black mold in our shower, tub wouldn’t drain while taking a shower and There were no towels for us.

The breakfast was terrible, no fruit, no yogurt. Very limited.
