The breakfadt was just okay! Coffee want very good, the eggs were not either.

We only stayed two nights not three because it was going to rain and we’d done and seen everything we wanted to but didn’t get a refund because of third party booking!! That sucks!!!

We never stayed. As soon as we got there, the whole blg seemed in disrepair and dirty. The place stunk inside and the halls and front entrance had walls crumbling. Windows we're filthy. We stayed somewhere else as it felt very unsafe and unkempt.

Breakfast was great. Tony does a great job managing this property.

Not bad. Just had a few problems with the room above me leaking into my bathroom. First night. Told the front desk and no one did anything.

Also kept getting locked out of my room. Then the leak.

It was quiet. I was able to use the hot tub and pool. The pool is open longer than other hotels🙂. Location is good.

Beds were hard. Breakfast was kinda warm. Bathroom could be cleaned better. There was dirt and hair in the tub and something on the wall.

The room size

The fact that I had to change rooms as soon as I got there due to uncleanness. And that it was a closed off hall that had a taped out area on the floor that looked like a dead body ( I asked the staff to remove it several times and they said ok m...but never did). Their response was that the construction crew did it in a joking way ( very bad taste if you ask me). The ice machine was broken on the first and second floor. I would NEVER go back to this hotel.

Location was great. We were driving back to Minnesota from Florida.

Please get tread mill back up and working. No wash cloths in room.

room was very nice, bed was comfy with lots of pillows! shower had hot water and good shower head. extra toiletries and coffeemaker.

my only complaint was the wi-fi kept cutting out. very frustrating!

The person at the desk held open the garbage can for me, when I cleaned the fast food trash out of my car.

It was a little noisy, with kids running down the halls.

Front Desk guy was very helpful & kind . Was willing to help me with what I needed ! Rm was clean & nice

The mistake that Booking cost me more than the Hotel was charging arent the Booking . Com , supposed to be cheaper than the Hotels? Lady @ booking was very helpful but it was way too much,$$$$

Staff seemed like they were all on meth teenage kids running rampede in pool area. Not even sure they were guest

Proximity to everything I needed. We were able to check in early.

Just didn't seem as friendly as other hotels I stayed at. The pullout sleeper sofa didn't have linens, if my daughter and I were to have showered more than once we would have had to request more towels. Only 2 were in the room. No floor mat for the bathroom was provided.

Not the usual quality if this chain. Had to move rooms due to ants. Road noise came thru to room. Facility is aging and needing a lot of work. Toilet was loose. Homeless looking guy hanging around outside and laying on couch in lobby. Way too much money for what we got.
