The staff were nice and friendly almost all of them. Bed and pillow comfort fine. They explained to me it is an express so it's not the holiday inn.

Hole in tile in bathroom, bathroom door didnt close, shower not really clean. I booked two rooms they had us down the hall from each other instead of next or across to each other. The phone in the room did not work so I couldnt call my moms room nor the front desk. Had a moldy/mildew smell our room and the hall to room like half way down the hall. Almost a sewage smell once or twice.

first night was horrible! I’ll never stay in another ing hotel. stuck me in a handicap room and was noisy!!! Commercial dryers were next to my wall. air conditioning unit was malfunctioning all day and night. Refrigerator was defective making grinding and popping noises all night. floor was dirty. Too close to front desk! I requested another room the next day THIS ROOM 100 NEEDS SHUT DOWN!

This hotel did not offer daily cleaning service. We had to go to the front desk for towels, soap, garbage bags everyday. They seemed annoyed when we asked for these necessities. The pool was very dirty. There was loud parties every night until after midnight. They ran out of breakfast items. There was mold smell in the rooms.
